In addition to maple syrup, Matthew and Micah Scobie have been gradually expanding their herd of Hereford and Hereford crossbred cows. The cows are grass fed and finished. All our beef is USDA inspected. Meat can be purchased by the individual cut, a quarter cow, a half cow or a whole cow.
