We are Brookside
We are a family run, diversified farm in the Catskills. Brothers Matthew and Micah built the first section of their sap house in 2008 while still in their teens. They continued to build and expand, and currently have about 3,000 taps. In addition to their maple syrup operation, they have been gradullay expanding their herd of Hereford and Hereford crossbred cows. The cows are grass fed and finished. The farm also offers lamb and pastured chicken and turkeys.
